Welcome to our Festive Shop

On 23rd Dec, 24th Dec, 30th Dec and 31st Dec, The Bakery will be open for pre-orders only. Collection is from 10am until 1pm on all four dates.

Please use the links below to pre-order your festive treats, and be sure to select the correct date on which you wish to collect your goodies.

 

Q. When and where can I collect the order?
The Bakery will open from 10am until 1pm on the day of your selected pick-up. Please check your pick-up date and bring your order number with you. You can find us here.

Q. Do you offer shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping. All orders are to be picked up at the Bakery at Hampton Manor on your selected pick-up date. 

Q. Can I cancel/modify the order?
Due to lead times on the ingredients we will be ordering to bake your festive treats, exchanges and cancellations can only be accepted if notified to us via our bakery@hamptonmanor.com, more than 14 days before your collection date.

Q. I'd like to order some deli items. They don't have pick-up dates. How can I place an order?

We'll prepare deli items on the same day as your baked goods pick-up day. Please order them together with the baked goods.

Do you want to exclusively order deli items such as bottles, charcuterie, butter and cheese? Simply place an order and email us on bakery@hamptonmanor.com with your order number and the date you'd like to pick-up. Pick-up is only available on The Bakery's opening days.

Q. Some items are not available for Christmas week or New Year's week. Is it a mistake?
Due to limited capacity, we've restricted the selection of items for each week. As much as we'd love to offer an even wider selection, as a small team of bakers, we want to focus on delivering a carefully curated selection of goods to the standards you expect from us. We are really sorry if your favourites are not listed ;( Maybe next year!
